Voting, Shotters and a Parade | Mommy and Me Monday | 613th ed
Does it even need to be said at this point that a week is busy? I ended up cancelling three appointments because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get to them.
But, we still did get to a lot of things, like voting. It was a nice day and E wanted to go with me, so we took the extra time and walked up to the school to vote.
It wasn’t an exciting vote (only one tax-related vote to be made), but I voted and she was happy to join.
When we got work of the “shotter” approval, I found a place and took E and B. They weren’t thrilled, but were excited about what it can mean. Plus, I’m not above a bribe. There was definitely candy involved.
They both got their first dose, but B wasn’t wanting a picture. So, it’s an all E feature:)
Until Friday. Because school was canceled due to the parade. Mr. Serious works on the parade route and his office was welcoming to families, so he took the girls to work and to watch the parade.
I happily stayed at home and watched on TV!
The oldest two are officially done with cross country season and are now onto training for the between cross country and track race. All that to say, they are still keeping us busy, but maybe a touch less busy.
Here’s to another week!
