For the second Memorial Day in a row, we joined another family to complete The Murph Challenge. Our friends opened up their garage gym to us and this time the oldest joined us.
N and her friend did a partnered workout and the rest of us did some modifications and no weighted vest.

We all beat our times last year. Some of us knocked off a good bit of time.
We had to have one flexing, too.
What made it even better is that we had some very tasty burgers and chicken after.
And now we for sure have our times recorded to see if we can do it even faster next year.
