With Christmas being on a Tuesday, there wasn’t a lot of time off from school. The kiddos went until Thursday and Friday. Thursday was B’s last preschool Christmas celebration…and it might have gotten me a little emotional. She was nice enough to let me take a picture with her and let me help her decorate her cookie. Turns out, she doesn’t like green icing because it tastes funny.

Merry Christmas Party

We made it to see Santa and even got our Christmas cards out in time. No, the oldest isn’t as tall as me. I’ve still got 1.5 inches and I’m holding onto those.

Merry Christmas

I hope you get to spend some time with the family doing the things you enjoy doing. Maybe you even win (or lose) a game of Go Fish to your 4 year old. Or watch them try to play the card game battle or war against themselves (spoiler alert: it’s hilarious)!

Holiday Break Go Fish with B

Before next week, we’ll have celebrated Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, B’s 5th birthday and my mom’s birthday. I always wonder where time goes, but especially these last two weeks of the year as they really seem to fly.

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday season.

What did you do this week?

GET IN THE PICTURE WITH YOUR KIDS! Who cares what you look like? Cares how you appear? Who cares what you are wearing? JUST DO IT! Come share your picture on the Facebook thread or use #MommyAndMeMonday!
