My cupcake baker | Mommy and Me Monday | 572nd ed

We are super proud of this kiddo. She said she wanted to start a baking business and after reading some books, getting some suggestions and starting some spreadsheets, she went for it!

Mr. Serious took her to the store to buy her ingredients. I helped her create a flyer to advertise to personal facebook friends and family. We also went to the bank and set up a proper bank account so she can buy her supplies and ingredients. There’s no floating things and pure profit here!

She was also gifted some start up money from family that told her to go for it!

And now she is. These cupcakes were baked before I even got downstairs!

Our kitchen often has flour on the counters and smells of buttercream, but she’s so happy do be doing it. 

And, I’m even more proud of her telling us to turn off the order from so that she didn’t get overwhelmed. Like who is this mature 12 year old?!?

Her very first three orders went out this weekend…and so far so good!
