Early Release Walks, iFly and trunk or treat | Mommy and ME Monday | 611th ed
It’s either a million-picture-week or it’s a zero-picture-grab-one-last-minute-week.
This week is the million picture variety. Some hyperbole might be used.
It was early release for 3 out of 4 Serious girls the entire week. But, Monday, the high school also had early release. Let me tell you, juggling those additional early release times isn’t fun. They went into school in one order, and got out of school in a different order. (And then had practice at even more different times!)
One bonus was the oldest was able to walk with me to get her sisters from elementary school. They suggested we stop mid-way home and get a snap. Mommy and Me picture number 1 done!
Oh, but wait, let’s get our feet, too for creativity sake.

Wednesday, I scheduled B’s birthday present from 2019! Things had been shut down for so long, we kind of forgot about her gift certificate, but I was finally able to schedule it.
B got to fly 4 times in the iFly tube and was the only kid in the group. (I just hung out and watched.) Thankfully, the adults with her were super excited for her and cheered her on all 4 times.

Her flight instructor did an amazing job of bringing her by the window for every flight so I could get a great picture. I mean, I think she enjoyed it.
Part of the package included some pictures from their camera. not as good as mine, but hey, check out Mommy and Me snap number 4 (yep, background filming shot)!
Sunday, we spent an hour at Trunk or Treat at our church. I was getting a picture of BB8, girl in a Hawaiian shirt (matching some friends), Elsa and a snow person (that everybody called Olaf and why didn’t we think that would happen, I have no idea!) and Mr. Serious said “jump in and get Mommy and Me Monday.”
I was like, “I already have like 4 pictures.” Thankfully, he was like “so, what, get in.”
So I did.

I guess it’s been a pretty good week! And we didn’t even get pictures from the girls’ races where they each got PRs and the oldest ran fast enough to get a varsity letter!
