It started like this and ended up like this | Mommy and Me Monday | 640th ed
Apparently, these busy weeks have caught up with these girls. Heck, they’ve caught up with me, too.
I’m not sure if this was a very stoic attempt at getting out of our group run, or she was really exhausted. But, B actually put herself down for a nap in her room where she slept for about 30 minutes. Then, she came downstairs and asked for snuggles and fell back asleep for another hour on me.
I don’t even remember the last time this happened. So, I cancelled the run and let her sleep.

Of course, that also meant she had the hardest time falling asleep later that night.
And, we ended the week with a Saturday alarm clock and the three of us running a 5K with the middle school track team.
I don’t know if we all had goals or not…I think mine was to finish and run the whole time. And I did! (We all knew N and Mr. Serious could do it).
We are going into the last full week of school and all of the busyness that involves, so who knows, maybe I’ll get another nap on me!
